Tracking FAQs

Where do I find my tracking number?+
Your AWB (Air Waybill) number is printed on your shipment receipt. It is also sent via SMS and email at the time of booking. It is a 10-digit number (e.g., 305520630).
How long does it take for tracking to update?+
Tracking status is updated in real-time at every major checkpoint β€” at pickup, sortation hubs, transit points, and final delivery. Allow up to 2 hours after pickup for the first status to appear.
My shipment shows "In Transit" for a long time β€” what should I do?+
Shipments can remain "In Transit" during sorting, customs clearance or weather delays. If your shipment has been in transit for more than 2 business days beyond expected delivery, please contact our support team at +91 22 69693000.
Can I track international shipments?+
Yes! International shipments can be tracked using the same AWB tracking system. International tracking updates may have a delay of 4-6 hours at customs checkpoints.
What does "Delivery Attempted" mean?+
This means our courier visited the delivery address but could not complete the delivery (no one available, address issue, etc.). We will attempt re-delivery the next business day. You can also reschedule via our contact number.
